I am a graduate student in the Geography Department at UC Santa Barbara. My research interests revolve around Location Theory and Spatial Analysis, particularly spatial competition, spatial evolution of locations, and spatial decision making models.
One of my research projects involves looking at the population composition, migratory trends, and these factor's geographic properties for the Los Angeles region circa 1935. Of particular interest is their role in the development of Los Angeles through the 20th century.
